Givens Estates Receives 6th Accreditation from CARF
Givens Estates has been accredited by CARF since 1993. Re-accreditation occurs every five years. This rigorous process evaluates the organization’s business as well as care practices and procedures to ensure an adherence to international standards. During the site visit, surveyors interview and observe staff, residents, and members of the leadership and Board of Directors.
Givens Estates Health Center Has a Deficiency Free Survey
Givens Estates Health Center was inspected by the NC Division of Health Services Regulation in early November 2018. The result was an exceptional deficiency free survey.
