In a national senior living community ranking published by Newsweek for 2026, Givens Estates is heralded as among the best continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) – first in the state and sixth in the nation.

This marks the third consecutive time the campus has been listed as at the top in North Carolina, having held the spot since the impartial evaluation began in 2024.
