Tabitha Hinman, Medical Records Coordinator for Givens Estates, has won the Service Excellence Award. This award honors those in direct service as an employee, who demonstrate extraordinary talent, expertise, and dedication in provision of exceptional service to residents. If you have had the pleasure of working with Tabitha, you know this describes her perfectly. 

David Smith, Grounds Director at Givens Estates, has won the Excellence in Innovation Award. This award recognizes programs and/or best practices implemented by a member facility that enhance mission, improve service, inspire dedication, and/or demonstrate willingness to take risk (and even fail) in the pursuit of expanded possibilities for aging.

One look at our campus, and you will notice that our Grounds crew does things a bit differently. Innovation is the perfect word to describe what David has brought to our beautiful campus and the way he runs his department.
