TJ Wood is an esteemed HVAC technician serving in the Givens Estates Facilities Department. Having worked in residential HVAC for 13 years, Givens Estates has benefited from the depth of expertise that TJ brings to the maintenance team. TJ has tremendous professional competency as evidenced by his numerous certifications including EPA, Boiler, Low Voltage, and HVAC certification. He has even earned NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification, which validates the professional competency of HVAC technicians.

But not having a home base can be challenge since serving as a residential HVAC technician requires a lot of time on the road. When the opportunity arose to join Givens Estates to work at one location with an exceptional group of other technicians, TJ jumped at the chance. Now, having been a part of the team for nearly two years, TJ has become a part of the Givens Estates family. Joey Camby, a fellow HVAC Tech and Master Commercial Technician, works with TJ as the two provide routine HVAC maintenance support for all the residents and staff who live and work on campus. The two are not just co-workers, but good friends. They even enjoy getting together on their free time. 

TJ shared that he loves working with the crew at Givens Estates and the older adults he gets an opportunity to serve.
