Duplexes
Duplexes are one of our most private living options. They consist of two homes attached to each other by a carport, garage or common wall. Our Duplexes feature a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, central heating & air conditioning, vinyl flooring in kitchen & bath and carpeting throughout living areas
For your selection we have two different style duplexes to offer. One option is a one level 1,200 sq. ft. duplex with a carport. The other option is a two level duplex with approximately 2,800 sq. ft. of living space with an attached one car garage.
