Oxford Commons Apartments
In 2005 Givens opened the Oxford Commons and Community Center which graces the entrance to campus with architecture reflecting the mountain area and historic design elements. It houses 137 apartments, dining venues for Independent Living, a large Performing Arts Center, the Wellness Center with indoor pool and many other amenities.
Twelve styles of floor plans are available ranging from a one bedroom with 884 square feet and large rooms to a two bedroom, two and a half baths with more than 1,800 square feet of living space. Apartments in Oxford have balconies, with views of the mountain ranges, a waterfall, and nearby mountainsides or landscaped courtyards.
Asbury Commons Apartments
Asbury Commons Apartments are located in Asbury Commons at the “heart” of the community, is yet another residential housing option. The apartments are available in studios and one and two bedroom apartments, offering resident’s individual privacy and convenience to all community services. The apartments vary in size, all with a private bathroom, and most with a kitchenette.
